Privacy & your request

This notice describes the enquiry forms on Local Intelligence’s AI studio and in-person AI help websites.
What you send
We collect the name, email, optional WhatsApp number and WhatsApp contact permission, city or neighborhood, service interest, meeting preference, and message you choose to submit, together with the time, request reference, and your permission to respond. If you arrive through an advertising link, campaign tags and ad identifiers in that link may be saved with your request.
How we use it
We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss scope and pricing, arrange a meeting where relevant, and understand which campaign generated the enquiry. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails or book an appointment.
Storage and access
Both websites use one enquiry service operated for Local Intelligence. Requests are stored with our website hosting provider and are not displayed publicly. The studio form sends the details you submit to the Local Intelligence in-person site’s enquiry endpoint, which supports both websites.
WhatsApp conversations
If you choose WhatsApp replies, we store your number and the time and wording version of your permission. We use it only to discuss your request. You can ask us to stop at any time. Chat buttons open WhatsApp; you review and send the message there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its terms and privacy policy apply to conversations on that service. Chats stay in WhatsApp and are not automatically copied into this CRM. Internal WhatsApp notifications, when enabled, contain a request reference and a protected CRM link, not your form answers or contact details.
Advertising and sensitive information
These forms currently save campaign tags with your enquiry. No Meta Pixel is currently loaded, and form answers are not sent as advertising events to Meta. Do not include passwords, account access codes, financial account details, or sensitive personal or client documents. We will discuss appropriate access separately if a project requires it.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about your enquiry or request deletion, use the enquiry form with the same email address, describe your request, and include its reference if available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
